I had an excellent experience here today. I arrived close to closing time, and they initially suggested that I come back the next day. However, after realizing I had driven quite a long way, they kindly decided to stay late and take care of my car instead. The entire team was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly. They explained everything clearly throughout the inspection and oil change, making me feel comfortable and well informed. My service wasn’t finished until around 7:30 PM, which meant the technician stayed well past closing just to help me. I truly appreciated their dedication and felt a little bad for keeping them so late. This wasn’t my first visit, and every time I’ve come here, I’ve received outstanding service. They are not only knowledgeable and professional, but they also genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find a shop with both expertise and such a warm, customer-first attitude. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, professional, and exceptional auto service. A big thumbs up to the entire team! Wow Chad the manager is THAT guy. Unbelievable service, treated me so honestly and was totally upfront with what my car needed and didn't need. I totally felt like I was in great hands, very rare these days. This company is beyond lucky to have this man working for them. He made my day. I feel very blessed and lucky to have been led to this shop and this manager. I will definitely be returning to all Firestones now because of Chad.

I want to thank Chad and his amazing team, Michael and Carter especially, for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Things didn’t go exactly as planned (not their fault) and even through the troubles, they still made sure I was taking care of and treated me with great customer service. In the end they help me find a solution and everything was done for me. Amazing!

For reference, I am a 20-year-old female. I came in on 6/8/2026 because I was having trouble pressing the brake pedal to start my car. I called ahead to see if they had availability to take a look at it, and when I arrived, I spoke with Justin, who clearly explained my options. The team quickly realized that there was nothing actually wrong with my vehicle. The issue was that I had pressed the brake after the car was already stopped and turned off, which caused some confusion when I went to start it again. Rather than charging me the standard $185 diagnostic fee, they took the brakes apart, reassembled them to make sure everything was installed properly, and only charged me $30 since there wasn't a real mechanical issue. What impressed me most was their honesty. As a young woman with limited automotive knowledge, I appreciated that they did not try to take advantage of me. Instead, they took the time to explain what happened, helped me understand my vehicle better, and made sure I felt confident that my car was safe to drive. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend!
